EstiMate ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our estimate and quote generation service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide our quote creation and cloud synchronization services:
- Account Information: Your email address used for secure passwordless login (OTP authentication).
- Business Profile Data: Company name, phone number, email, address, tax number, and company logo that you voluntarily choose to include on your PDF quotations.
- User-Generated Content: Customer contact details, quote line items, pricing, notes, and site inspection photos you capture or attach to estimates.
- Purchase & Subscription Data: Subscription status and transaction identifiers processed securely through Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchases. We do not process or store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- To generate, format, and render PDF quotation documents.
- To synchronize your quotes and client list securely across your authenticated devices.
- To schedule local follow-up reminder notifications on your device.
- To verify active EstiMate Pro subscription access.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase with Postgres Row Level Security). Each user's data is strictly isolated and inaccessible to other users.
4. Third-Party Services & Tracking
We do NOT track users across third-party apps or sell personal information to advertising networks. We use only essential infrastructure providers:
- Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit): For processing subscriptions.
- Supabase: For database and authentication services.
5. Photo and Camera Permissions
Our app requests camera and photo library access solely to allow you to upload your business logo and attach project/inspection photos to your quotes. Photos are never analyzed, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You retain full ownership of your data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated quotes and photos at any time by contacting us at infoestimateofficial@gmail.com or via the in-app profile settings.
