By downloading, installing, or using the EstiMate mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Description of Service
EstiMate provides quotation, estimate generation, site inspection photo attachment, and PDF export tools for contractors, tradespeople, technicians, and businesses.
2. Free Usage & Subscriptions
- Free Tier: New accounts include 10 free quotation creations.
- EstiMate Pro Subscriptions: Unlimited quote generation, custom PDF templates, and priority cloud sync are available via auto-renewable monthly ($4.99) or annual ($39.99) subscriptions.
- Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the prices, quantities, tax calculations, and descriptions in your quotes comply with applicable laws and agreements with your customers.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, brand designs, and application assets are the exclusive property of EstiMate. Quotation data and business logos created by you remain your property.
5. Limitation of Liability
EstiMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall EstiMate be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business transactions conducted using our PDF quotes.
